My name is Nao Romero and I am a first generation Mexican/ Puerto Rican professional artist for animation and children's literature. I have worked for amazing companies like DreamWorks TV, Nickelodeon, Sesame Workshop, Illumination, Facebook, and more! My work has been exhibited at countless of conventions and amazing galleries like Gallery Nucleus. When I am not working for studios, I enjoy creating products and characters to share all over the world.

What is Anxiety Fox?

Anxiety Fox was created in order to help me comes to terms with my own disorders by imagining them as an innocent creature that I shouldn't hate, but find ways to live with. My main goal is to help others feel they are not alone and they are still amazing people. Over the years, I created friends to keep Anxiety Fox company, which lead me to develop "Anxiety & Co".

I will forever be grateful for the support I am given for this character and allowing me to help others for a living. I have donated time, goods, services, and more to mental health resources in order to make them more accessible to more people who need it the most. In the end of the day, my biggest goal with Anxiety Fox is to give back.

What is HelloStrays?
